FMLS vs. Georgia MLS
FMLS is concentrated in Metro Atlanta; Georgia MLS covers much of the state. Which one fits depends on your property’s location. A package does not promise publication in both.
Packages
One-time packages with a six-month listing term: Basic $75, Enhanced $299, Full Service $899. MLS changes are $30 each. Buyer-broker compensation is separate and negotiable.
How it works
Complete your property information, photos, disclosures and listing agreement online. Soldfe’s Georgia broker reviews and submits approved listings. No fixed publication time is promised.
