Other fees and boundaries
Upgrades cost the full price of the new package; no proration or subscriptions. Renewals are available after expiry and require Soldfe review and activation. Applicable tax is shown at checkout.
Optional individual AI tools cost $29 each, or $69 for the tools bundle. The $39 AI option is offered with Basic or Enhanced at package checkout. AI output must be checked by the seller and meet MLS rules; it is not professional photography.
Package fees are not a promise to cover buyer-broker compensation, lender, title, inspection, appraisal, repair or other third-party costs. Real estate compensation is negotiable; agree any separate compensation and services in writing.
Sellers provide accurate facts and disclosures, allow property access, make sale decisions and sign required documents. Contact Soldfe by email or phone for help. Publication timing depends on complete submissions, review and MLS requirements; no fixed turnaround or sale is guaranteed.
Confirm your property's needs with SoldfeRefund requests
For an unstarted listing, you may request a refund within seven days of purchase. A request is not an automatic refund approval.
If intake has started but your listing is rejected or never published, Soldfe reviews refund requests individually. An automatic refund is not promised; contact Soldfe with your order and listing details.
After MLS publication, flat-fee package purchases are final and non-refundable under the current policy, subject to rights required by applicable law.
When a refund is issued, the associated paid access is revoked and the invoice is marked Refunded. Refunds do not erase existing signed records.
