Payment for any Soldfe package does not guarantee MLS publication. Publication is subject to:

• Completed and accurate listing forms
• Broker review and approval
• Local MLS rules, fees, and policies
• Property eligibility
• A signed listing agreement
• All required disclosures
• Compliance with photo and content requirements

Soldfe LLC does not guarantee:

• Sale of your property
• The number of offers received
• The speed of sale
• The market value of the property
• Any specific transaction outcome

The seller is solely responsible for:

• Accuracy of all submitted information
• Property measurements and square footage
• Property description and feature list
• Photos uploaded to the listing
• State-required disclosures
• Pricing information

Basic $75 is seller-managed beyond Soldfe's listing review and approved publication. Enhanced $299 adds priority setup, ShowingTime setup, market analysis and offer-review assistance; it is not Full Service representation. Full Service $899 adds representation, pricing guidance, contract negotiation, transaction coordination and closing support, with AI tools included. Sellers still provide accurate property facts, disclosures and original photos, make decisions and sign required documents. See the complete comparison. Listing agreements provide a six-month term. Soldfe receives advance expiry alerts; these do not automatically collect payment. After expiry, renewal requires a full-price package purchase and Soldfe activation. Report a completed sale within two business days, or sooner under your signed agreement, so Soldfe can review and update the official MLS record. No automated MLS submission or status update is promised.

Soldfe may request corrections or deny a submission with a reason. Completing intake or paying does not guarantee publication, a fixed turnaround or a sale.
