Soldfe · Seller guide
Flat-fee MLS vs. traditional real estate.
What you pay, what you handle, and how Soldfe gets your listing from intake to broker review and MLS submission.
By Soldfe · Michigan & Georgia
The short answer: compare services, not just the fee.
A flat-fee MLS listing lets you pay a set listing fee rather than a percentage of your sale price for the services included in your package. An MLS, or multiple listing service, makes listing information available to participating real estate professionals. MLS exposure and full-service representation are not the same thing.
With Soldfe, Basic starts at $75. You can choose more assistance with Enhanced at $299 or Full Service at $899. A traditional brokerage may offer broader representation for a negotiated fee, often calculated as a percentage of the sale price, though other arrangements exist. There is no standard or legally required real estate commission.
What Soldfe’s packages include
Each package is a one-time fee with a six-month listing term. The difference is how much help you want alongside the listing.
Basic · $75
- MLS listing
- You handle showings and offers
Enhanced · $299
- Everything in Basic
- Showings, market analysis and offer help
Full Service · $899
- Everything in Enhanced
- Full agent support to closing
- AI tools included
Basic suits sellers prepared to manage showings and offers themselves. Enhanced adds ShowingTime setup, market analysis and offer-review help. Full Service adds negotiation and closing support, with AI listing tools included. Sellers still provide accurate property facts and disclosures, make decisions and sign required documents.

Pricing
Soldfe flat-fee packages
Soldfe’s package price is fixed: $75, $299 or $899. MLS changes and optional extras are separate.
Traditional representation
The fee and services are negotiated with the brokerage. A percentage-based fee changes with the sale price; some brokers offer other fee structures.
Seller workload
Soldfe flat-fee packages
With Basic, you manage showings, offers and contracts. Enhanced and Full Service add progressively more support.
Traditional representation
A full-service agent typically provides more help with pricing, marketing, negotiations and the transaction. Confirm exactly what your agreement includes.
MLS exposure
Soldfe flat-fee packages
Soldfe reviews and submits approved listings to the appropriate MLS. Coverage and sharing depend on the property and MLS rules.
Traditional representation
MLS listing is commonly part of a full-service agreement. Specific marketing channels and additional services vary by brokerage.
Other transaction costs
Soldfe flat-fee packages
The package does not cover all costs of selling a property. Separate compensation and third-party charges may apply.
Traditional representation
The negotiated listing fee does not necessarily cover buyer-broker compensation, title, lender, inspection, repairs or other closing costs.
How your Soldfe listing works
- Choose your package and pay. Confirm your email and sign in to your seller dashboard.
- Complete your listing intake. Enter property information, upload photos and disclosures, and sign the required listing documents.
- Submit for broker review. Soldfe checks your submission and may ask you to correct or complete information.
- Approved listings go to the MLS. Submission follows the applicable MLS requirements. Payment alone does not approve or publish a listing, and no fixed turnaround is promised.
Michigan listings reference Realcomp; Georgia listings reference FMLS and Georgia MLS, which are separate systems. Soldfe confirms the appropriate MLS and property eligibility. A package does not promise statewide coverage or publication in every MLS. Sharing to Zillow, Realtor.com or other websites depends on MLS rules and participating sites.
Understand the total cost before choosing
Soldfe does not charge a percentage commission for these listing packages. MLS changes are $30 each on every package. Optional AI tools are $39 when added to Basic or Enhanced at package checkout; they are included with Full Service. Applicable tax and optional extras are shown at checkout.
Buyer-broker compensation is a separate, negotiable matter—not an automatic charge included in your Soldfe package. A buyer may have a written agreement with their own agent. Any seller contribution toward that compensation should be separately agreed in writing. Lender, title, inspection, appraisal, repair and other third-party costs may also apply.
To compare options, request a written breakdown of services, fees and responsibilities from each brokerage. A lower listing fee can reduce that part of your costs, but it does not guarantee a particular total saving, sale price or outcome.
Which approach fits your sale?
Choose a seller-managed flat-fee option if you are comfortable preparing the listing and handling buyer conversations, showings and offers. Consider additional support if you want help evaluating the market or an offer, or representation through negotiation and closing. Your experience, available time and property’s complexity matter as much as the headline price.
