Is FMLS the same as Georgia MLS?
No. FMLS (First Multiple Listing Service) and Georgia MLS are separate MLS systems. Soldfe reviews your property address and eligibility to confirm the appropriate MLS. A package does not promise publication in both systems.
Do you cover my Georgia property?
