FMLS or Georgia MLS?
Metro Atlanta has two separate MLS systems: First Multiple Listing Service (FMLS) and Georgia MLS. Soldfe reviews your address and property type to confirm the appropriate MLS. A package does not promise publication in both.
Packages for Atlanta sellers
One-time packages with a six-month listing term: Basic $75, Enhanced $299, Full Service $899. MLS changes are $30 each. Buyer-broker compensation is separate and negotiable.
How it works
Pay for your package, complete the intake, upload photos and disclosures, and sign your listing documents. Soldfe’s Georgia broker reviews and submits approved listings. No fixed publication time is promised.
What you still handle
With Basic you manage showings, offers and contracts. Enhanced and Full Service add progressively more help, through closing with Full Service.
