How a Detroit flat-fee listing works
Choose your package, complete your property intake, upload photos and disclosures, and sign your listing documents. Soldfe’s Michigan broker reviews your submission and submits approved listings to the appropriate MLS. Soldfe’s Michigan process references Realcomp, which serves much of southeast Michigan.
Packages for Metro Detroit sellers
One-time packages with a six-month listing term: Basic $75, Enhanced $299, Full Service $899. MLS changes are $30 each. Buyer-broker compensation is separate and negotiable.
What you still handle
With Basic you manage showings, offers and contracts. Enhanced adds showing setup, market analysis and offer-review help; Full Service adds negotiation and closing support. Michigan sellers of most 1–4 unit homes must provide a Seller Disclosure Statement.
