What Realcomp is
Realcomp is a Multiple Listing Service used by many real estate brokers in Southeast Michigan. Only licensed brokers can enter listings, which is why for-sale-by-owner sellers use a flat-fee broker like Soldfe.
Packages
One-time packages with a six-month listing term: Basic $75, Enhanced $299, Full Service $899. MLS changes are $30 each. Buyer-broker compensation is separate and negotiable.
How submission works
You complete your property information, photos, disclosures and listing agreement online. Soldfe’s Michigan broker reviews everything and submits approved listings. No fixed publication time is promised.
